"Adam Resurrected" follows the tale of Adam Stein, a charismatic resigned at a mental institution for Holocaust survivors in Israel, 1961. He reads minds and confounds his doctors, guide by Nathan Gross. Before the contest of nations, in Berlin, Adam was an entertainer--cabaret impresario, circus owner, magician, musician--loved ~ dint of. audiences and Nazis alike until he finds himself in a reduction by evaporation camp, confronted by Commandant Klein. Adam survives the camp ~ means of becoming the Commandant's "dog", entertaining him though his wife and daughter are sent not on to die. Years later we gain arrive at him at the Institute. One age, Adam smells something, hears a healthy. "Who brought a dog in in this place?" he asks Gross. Gross denies in that place is a dog but Adam finds him--a young lad raised in a basement on a manacle. Adam and the boy see and admit each other as dogs--and their tour begins. "Adam Resurrected" is the hi~ of a man who once was a dog who meets a dog who once was a boy.
